It offered a variety of alcoholic beverages and cocktails, including Saurian brandy and Arcanis Lager. In 2401, it was run by Guinan. That year, Jean-Luc Picard visited the bar to speak with her about his regret over never having seriously pursued romantic relationships in his life. She asked him what happened that he never talked about with her. Picard found himself unable to answer. Guinan understood: the answers he sought were not in the stars and never had been. But she also suggested that they drink, as there was "one final frontier yet to come". They toasted to that.
