Worn by Olivia d'Abo, best know as Kevin Arnold’s sister on The Wonder Years, as Amanda Rogers in the Star Trek: TNG season six episode #232 “True Q,” which aired the week of October 26, 1992. Rogers was a member of the Q Continuum who was raised as a human female on Earth. In this episode she served briefly as a student intern aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise until an intervention by Q made her come to terms with her powers. Rogers wears this costume throughout most of the episode.
