Bandi Communicator

The communicator is constructed from machined Jelutong wood or RenShape and is hand painted with an organic vein pattern, has green and black graphics and an acrylic front panel.

Used by Michael Bell as Groppler Zorn in his office at Farpoint Station in the Star Trek: TNG pilot #721 “Encounter At Farpoint,” which aired the week of September 28, 1987.  In this episode Q puts the human race on trial for being a “grievously savage race.”  Picard and his crew must uncover the secret of Farpoint Station that Zorn is hiding to pass Q’s test.
