Worn by Mr. Hiu as Tampoya, a Borg drone, in the Star Trek: TNG season seven episode #253 “Descent Part II,” which aired the week of September 20, 1993. Lore returns and abducts Data to further his creation of a Borg army. The crew of the Enterprise are ultimately saved when Hugh and other Borgs join the Enterprise crew to defeat Lore. This costume can be seen in the final battle scene with Hugh. The costume includes a black waffle knit jumpsuit with built in feet and a zip up the back and between the thighs. Worn over the jumpsuit are rubber imitation metal distressed body, arm and leg plate sections and tube attachments that fasten onto the body with Velcro. The costume also includes gloves and feet covers. Tom Spina created a custom display mannequin to display the costume as well as a sculpted head. The cowl he used was part of a 1995 licensed Star Trek Borg makeup kit by Michael Westmore. A replica Roddenberry Borg phaser was added to the right glove to complete the costume.
