Carried by Edouard, Jean-Paul Vignon, in the Star Trek: TNG season one episode #124 “We'll Always Have Paris,” which aired the week of May 2, 1988. The waiter, Edouard, greeted Captain Picard with this menu in his hand in the holodeck representation of the 24th Century Paris Café des Artistes where Picard went to reminisce about his time spent there 22 years before commanding the Enterprise.
