The Enterprise discovers a human boy named Jono, played by Chad Allen, being raised by the Talarian’s who murdered his parents. Ultimately Picard decides to return the boy to his Talarian father rather than return him to his grandparents. Picard wears this costume while playing racquetball with Jono.
