Worn by Jonathan Frakes as Commander William Riker in the Star Trek: TNG season four episode #194 “Qpid,” which aired the week of April 22, 1991. In the episode Q casts Captain Picard and his senior staff in the guise of Robin Hood and his Merry Men to battle Sir Guy and the Sheriff of Nottingham. Commander Riker wears this costume while playing the role of Little John. While in the role of Will Scarlet Worf uttered the immortal words: “Sir, I protest!
