Commander Riker's Civilian Costume

The costume consists of a polyester satin long-sleeved square neck iridescent red and light blue striped tunic and slate blue knit pants with a front zip.

Worn by Jonathan Frakes as Commander William Riker in the Star Trek: TNG season five episode #212 “Violations,” which aired the week of February 3, 1992. A party of Ullians, telepathic historians who conduct research by probing their subjects' long-forgotten memories, visit the Enterprise. The evening after meeting with the delegation Troi experiences an unexplained flashback of a romantic interlude with Riker. Suddenly, Riker's advances become rough, and Troi discovers that Jev, a Ullian, has replaced Riker in her memory. As she struggles against Jev, she falls unconscious. Riker wears this costume in Troi’s flashback memory. The costume consists of a silk crepe long-sleeved square neck iridescent red and light blue striped tunic and slate blue woven fabric pants with a front zip.  A sewn in Star Trek TNG tag in the shirt reads “Jonathan Frakes” and a white sewn in tag in the pants reads “Jonathan.”   Propworx Trekcetera Museum Auction Lot 6, August 18, 2019 - Kent Karemaker January 11, 2011 - Prop Galaxy - It’s A Wrap eBay Auction October 5, 2007.
