Worn by Jonathan Frakes as Commander Riker in the Star Trek: TNG season three episode #152 “Who Watches the Watchers,” which aired the week of October 16, 1989. Riker and Deanna Troi beamed down to Mintaka III in Mintakan native disguises to try to correct the contamination of a developing civilization when one of the Federation “duck blind” observation screens failed and as a result the local civilization believed Captain Picard was a god. A light brown replica belt with a silver round buckle completes the costume.
