This human male served as the Confederation magistrate and was the husband of Annika Hansen, the president of the Confederation. He became suspicious of her prime counterpart Seven of Nine and her friends, who had been shifted into that timeline by Q. When they spirited the Borg Queen away from the Eradication Day ceremonies, he pursued them to the CSS La Sirena. He briefly held them at gunpoint and contemplated executing them. When Seven objected and tried to reassert control, he challenged her to provide his real name, and her ignorance of this fact proved to him that she was an impostor. However, she and her companions regained control of the ship and killed him and his security detail.
