In this episode Worf disguises himself as a Boraalan to help his foster brother Dr. Nikolai Rozhenko relocate the race off their dying planet. Dobara is a native Boraalan and is carrying Nikolai’s child. When they arrived at their new home Nikolai chose to remain with her and her people.
