Dom-Jot balls and cue sticks

The quasi-transparent balls (10) in various colors are made of acrylic and are about 2 inches in diameter. **The cue sticks (2), which are 19 inches long and in three sections, are made of machined aluminum that is painted in rubberized gray in the middle section. They operate with a spring-loaded mechanism.

Used by Ned Vaughn as Cortan (Corey) Zweller and others in the Star Trek: TNG season six episode #241 “Tapestry,” which aired the week of February 15, 1993.  The Dom-Jot table was in the Bonestell Facility Gambling Center. It was here that Picard was stabbed through the heart by a Nausicaan.  Dom-Jot is a cross between billiards and craps.  People place bets on various multi-colored images on the table as players take turns and hit balls with cue sticks.
