Dr. Tolian Soran's Missile Remote 2

The prop (7.5 in. x 4.5 in. x 1.5 in.) is made of formed plastic and resin and painted metallic green and silver. It has a geometric design, static buttons with black engraved symbols, a static white screen with similar black symbols in a spiral, and several rectangular and round LED lights. A switch on one side activates the lights which blink red, green, and yellow in alternating sequences and illuminate the white screen. A button on the opposite side, when held, changes the light sequence.

Seen on Veridian III with Dr Soran, played by Malcolm McDowell, in the feature film Star Trek VII: Generations, which opened on November 18, 1994.  Dr. Soran was the antagonist who was willing to destroy whole solar systems to return to the Nexus.  In the process this missile remote was a central prop in the struggle between Soran, Captain Picard and Captain Kirk on Veridian III.  After a long drawn out struggle this remote ends up on a bridge where Captain Kirk manages to retrieve it and make the missile panel visible before he falls to his death.  As a result Picard was able to lock the missile in place, causing it to explode on the launchpad and kill Soran thus saving the plant and the Enterprise.
