The costume consists of a distressed and ripped black knit sweater, a distressed black front zip leather jacket with zip pockets, black denim pants with black leather adornments and buckled leg pockets, black leather fingerless gloves, and lace up black leather boots with steel insets above the toes.
Worn by Evan Evagora as Elnor in the Star Trek: Picard season two episode #202 “Penance,” which aired the week of March 10, 2022, and episode #203 “Assimilation” which aired the week of March 17, 2022. Elnor was a male Romulan who lived during the late 24th century. Sometime later, he joined Starfleet. Following the destruction of the Stargazer, he was transported into an alternate timeline by Q where, due to being a Romulan, Elnor was treated badly by the xenophobic Confederation of Earth. While attempting to escape into the past, he was shot by the husband of the alternate Seven of Nine and he ultimately died of his wounds in this costume.
