Worn by Shannon Fill as Ensign Sito Jaxa in the Star Trek: TNG season seven episodes #267 “Lower Decks,” which aired the week of February 7, 1994. Sito Jaxa was a Bajoran female who first appeared as a cadet in Starfleet Academy with Wesley Crusher in the Nova Squadron incident. After graduating Sito was assigned to the Enterprise at the request of Captain Picard because he wanted to make sure she had a fair chance to redeem herself, although she did not realize that at the time. During this time, Captain Picard selected Sito for a dangerous covert mission - she was to accompany Joret Dal, a Cardassian operative for the Federation, on his return to Cardassian space. She died in the mission.
