One of the production modified models used in Guinan's bar in the Star Trek: Picard season three episode #301 “The Next Generation” which aired the week of February 16, 2023. After receiving an ominous message from Beverly Crusher, Jean-Luc Picard sought the help of William Riker at Guinan’s Ten Forward bar in Los Angeles during Frontier Day celebrations. Prior to their meeting Riker was conversing with the bartender about why Guinan was selling starship models. He then asked why there were so many Enterprise D models left. She replied that no one wants the “fat ones.” Riker was visibly annoyed. Beverly’s ominous message was seemingly validated when their meeting was being monitored by a human figure -- who insultingly dunked a model of the Enterprise-D into a shot glass as the pair left the bar.
