Production made sign like that seen on the wall of a building in the Star Trek: Picard season two episode #201 “The Star Gazer,” which aired the week of March 3, 2022. 10 Forward Avenue was the address of Guinan’s Ten Forward bar located in the Forward Avenue Historic District in the City of Greater Los Angeles on Earth. A weathered bronze sign was posted on a building at the entrance to this district. This sign is textually identical to that sign but more modern in appearance. It was seen on page 102 of the book “Star Trek: Picard: The Art and Making of the Series.” The plastic sheet sign is rimmed in heavy black plastic with the text and a photograph printed in royal blue, white and gray.
