Jean-Luc Picard's Honor Badge

The honor badge was modeled after the TOS movie badges. It is composed of 4 tapered parallel silver metal bars arranged around (2 above and 2 below) a gold metal bar with rounded ends filled with red enamel with a gold outline. It is overlaid by a silver metal Starfleet delta symbol and metal gold laurel leaves on both sides. It has a dual gold pin backing and two gold butterfly clutches to hold it in place on the costume.

First worn by Patrick Stewart as Jean-Luc Picard in the Star Trek: Picard season two episode #201 “The Star Gazer,” which aired the week of March 3, 2022.  It was also seen in various episodes in season 3. Picard wore this badge when he was not wearing a Starfleet uniform during various Starfleet visits and occasions.  One of those was at a ceremony celebrating new Starfleet Academy graduates, including Elnor, the first full-blooded Romulan graduate.
