Lily Sloane's First Contact Costume

The costume consists of a mottled brown and black vest with snaps up the front, a brown skirt, deep olive leggings, an olive green suede coat with quilted trim, black woolen socks and a pair of brown boots with adjustable buckles.

Worn by Alfre Woodard as Lily Sloane in the feature film Star Trek VIII: First Contact, which opened on November 22, 1996.  Lily Sloane wears this costume in the final scene when Zefram Cochrane first meets the Vulcans when they land at his camp after they detect the warp signature of the Phoenix.  Lily was a 21st century human female who worked with Cochrane in his effort to build Earth's first warp-capable spacecraft, the Phoenix. A survivor of the third World War, Sloane resided in Bozeman, Montana as early as the 2060s.
