Seen in Captain Picard’s ready room fish tank in the Star Trek: TNG season seven episode #271 “Genesis,” which aired the week of March 21, 1994.  A synthetic T-cell shot given to Reginald Barclay by Dr. Crusher generates an air born virus that infects the Enterprise crew resulting in activation of their introns - dormant genetic codes held over from earlier evolutionary times. This causes all life forms on the ship to revert to earlier evolutionary states. The virus even effects Captain Picard’s lionfish Livingston who devolves to a jellyfish.  The item is a rubber translucent jellyfish with red and blue veins painted on the cap of the dome with hundreds of stingers hanging from the bottom.  Giles Aston January 31, 2017 – It’s A Wrap eBay Auction July 9, 2008.
