Worn by Gina Hecht as Manua Apgar in the Star Trek: TNG season three episode #162 “A Matter of Perspective,” which aired the week of February 12, 1990.  Manua Apgar was a female Tanugan and the wife of Dr. Nel Apgar. Apgar lived with her husband on the Tanuga IV research station. She spent a lot of time alone, as Nel worked hard on his experiments. She knew her patience would pay off, however, as she had great respect and admiration for him.  After her husband was killed, she claimed in her deposition that Riker had killed him, because he had caught Riker assaulting her. The costume consists of a full-length, short-sleeved, brownish pink silk hammered satin dress, with multi-colored floral pattern accents around the collar and sleeves, and a matching belt. The costume was altered for subsequent use in Star Trek: Voyager for Lisa Kaminir who played a Nezu Female. The TNG costume tag reads: “#162  TNG ‘The Matter of Perspective’ Manua  Gina Hecht  Long Dress – brown pink hammered silk.”  Kent Karemaker June 19, 2020 - fanboycollector - It’s A Wrap eBay Auction June 29, 2007.
