Worn by Megan Cole as Noor in the Star Trek: TNG season five episode #217 “The Outcast,” which aired the week of March 16, 1992. Noor was the leader of the J’anii, an androgynous race where gender specific relations were strictly prohibited, who put Soren on trial for having sexual thoughts for Commander Riker. The costume consists of a bluish gray full-length long-sleeved suede jumpsuit with pleated sides with a zip down the front, zip cuff adjustments and foot stirrups, a pleated mock turtleneck dickey, a hood with decorative lappets and matching leather boots.
