Worn by Patti Yasutake as nurse Alyssa Ogawa in the Star Trek: TNG season five episode #216 “Ethics,” which aired the week of March 2, 1992. Worf is seriously injured in an accident and becomes paralyzed. His only hope for recovery is an experimental medical procedure developed by the ethically challenged Dr. Russel. Nurse Ogawa wears this medic costume while assisting Drs. Russel and Crusher with the operation.
