Picard’s Confederation Combadge

The delta badge (~2 in. x 3 in.) is made of aluminum with 4 gold horizontal admiral bars. The bars slide off from the back and reveal a green fusion chip with gold circuitry.

Handled by Patrick Stewart as Jean-Luc Picard in the Star Trek: Picard season two episode #204 “Watcher,” which aired the week of March 24, 2022. While in the alternate timeline Picard met with Guinan and she explained that that he needed to look for a supervisor, also known as a Watcher -- assigned to protect the destiny of certain people. While with Picard in the park a girl in a butterfly-patterned dress and with colorless eyes told Guinan to run. The girl then took Picard a distance away and demanded his combadge. When Picard protested the girl told him to keep it but remove its energy cell which he did. The girl's eyes then returned to normal, and she walked away. Another man at a nearby food counter with the same eyes as the girl, directed Picard down a nearby tunnel. There he saw a woman in a suit standing nearby, and stared in astonishment, recognizing her as Laris. Without a word, the Watcher put her hand on his shoulder and they both disappeared in a rectangular puff of smoke. The delta badge (~2 in. x 3 in.) is made of aluminum with 4 gold horizontal admiral bars. The bars slide off from the back and reveal a green fusion chip with gold circuitry. The badge came in clear prop department bag labeled “PICARD HERO – 4 BAR ADMIRAL WITH REMOVABLE FUSION CHIP X1.”
