Worn by Jean-Luc Picard’s pit bull “No. 1” (Dinero) in the Star Trek: Picard season one episode #101 “Remembrance,” which aired the week of January 23, 2020. No.1 was a male pit bull and Jean-Luc Picard's pet in 2399. During Picard's retirement, No.1 lived at Château Picard, sleeping on a mat in Picard's bedroom and accompanying him in the vineyard. Picard used French when speaking to the dog. Although Picard called him an "old dog," No.1 was still prone to capturing small mammals and bringing them into the house. When Picard headed off once more on a new mission into space, he left No.1 behind at Château Picard to be cared for by Laris and Zhaban. No.1’s dog tag dangled from his collar during his scenes. The tag consists of a distressed bronze-colored metal delta backed onto a slightly larger distressed silver-colored metal delta (1 3/8 in. x 2 in.). The front of the tag has 4 small copper-colored rivets, a silver ring to attach to the collar and a “No. 1” decal in silver with a dark bronze outline. The badge came in a prop department clear zip lock bag labeled “ON CAMERA NO. 1 DOG TAG X 1.”
