Worn by Elizabeth Hoffman as Premiere Bhavani in the Star Trek: TNG season three episode #156 “The Price,” which aired the week of November 13, 1989. Premier Bhavani was the head of the Barzan government in 2366. She used the Enterprise as the site to negotiate for rights to the wormhole discovered by her people. The wormhole was believed to be stable, so the bidding was intense. Ultimately the Federation lost out to the Chrysalins represented by Devinoni Ral but the wormhole was found to be unstable just after the sale ended.
