Handled by Brent Spiner as Dr. Adam Soong and Isa Briones as Kore Soong in the Star Trek: Picard season two episode #205 “Fly Me to the Moon,” which aired the week of March 31, 2022.  Q offered to assist Dr. Soong with research that would allow Kore to live a normal life if Soong would help him in his plan to have Renée Picard not participate in the Europa mission. Kore had a defect that wouldn’t allow her to be exposed directly to sunlight. Q teased Soong with a small sample of what his cure could do and, in exchange for his help, promised him the full dose. When Kore injected the full dose with this hypodermic syringe into her it worked. The Q vial is made of glass and aluminum and filled with green blue fluid.
