Q's 21st Century Judge Costume

*The costume consists of a red and black robe with a red sash with white fur, a gilt necklace with red stones and a pair of red imitation leather gloves. **The hat, of ecclesiastical design, has four corners and is made of black velvet with a pinwheel design on top. It has an attached black cowl with Velcro fasteners. The wardrobe tag reads “Q John de Lancie.” The inside of the hat reads: "TNG W.C.C. 19 #" and is signed "John de Lancie.”
