Q's Sheriff of Nottingham Costume

A tunic of textured blue cloth, a blue metallic brocade tabard and a sleeveless robe of blue and black striped satin trimmed with gilt braid. Completing the costume is a replica necklace and a hat made of blue suede, black fur, black and gold paracord faux feathers, and black feathers.

Worn by John de Lancie as Q in the Star Trek: TNG season four episode #194 “Qpid,” which aired the week of April 22, 1991.  Captain Picard was readying a speech and was surprised to find that Vash was present at his presentation. She and Picard seem to be able to agree on nothing, which caught the attention of Q, who sent the crew, Vash, and himself, into Sherwood Forest. Q assumed the role of the Sheriff of Nottingham and tested Captain Picard so he could express his true feelings for Vash.  The costume consists of a tunic of textured dark blue cloth, a blue metallic brocade tabard and a sleeveless robe of blue and black striped satin trimmed with gilt braid. Completing the costume is a replica necklace and a hat made of blue suede, black fur, black and gold paracord faux feathers, and black feathers.  Christie’s 40 Years of Star Trek, Lot 584, Friday, October 6, 2006.
