Worn by John de Lancie as Q in the Star Trek: Picard season two episode #205 “Fly Me to the Moon,” which aired the week of March 31, 2022. Renée met with a therapist and confessed that she wondered if she was truly ready for the mission, or if she would fail when the time came. As Tallinn and Picard watched the feed Picard thought the therapist was trying to talk Renée out of the mission. Picard asked to see a close up of the therapist on screen and he recognized the therapist as Q, who he realized was trying to use Renée to change the future.
