On the bottom center of the delta is a red metal rank indicator which indicates captain. The verso is brushed aluminum and includes a 3-pronged gray plastic magnetic backing that attaches to the badge so it can be held in place on a uniform. 3.5” x 2” x .2”.

These combadges were seen in the alternate timeline where the United Federation of Planets did not exist and was replaced by Confederation of Earth. The Confederation of Earth was a "xenophobic authoritarian regime" or "xenophobic tyranny," that existed on Earth after Q went back in time and changed human history. Its President was Annika Hansen. The Confederation was at war on many battlefronts with different species, including the Vulcans, the Dominion Alliance, and the Andorians. Raffi wore this badge while attending the dying Elnor.
