Worn by Michelle Hurd as Raffi Musiker in the Star Trek: Picard season one episodes #107 “Nepenthe,” which aired the week of March 5, 2020. Raffaela "Raffi" E. Musiker was a female human Starfleet officer who lived in the late 24th and early 25th century. She served under Admiral Jean-Luc Picard until the end of the Romulan Rescue and resigned her commission shortly after. Years later she joined him on an unsanctioned mission to seek out Soji Asha and Bruce Maddox. Raffi wore this costume as she and Rios tried to shake Narek’s pursuing snakehead ship.
