The costume consists of a turquoise jumpsuit with a V-neck and a zip and snaps at the front and a matching belt. Completing the costume is a replica black mock turtleneck and a pair of black boots.

Worn by Peter Mark Richman as Ralph Offenhouse in the Star Trek: TNG season one final episode #126 “The Neutral Zone,” which aired the week of May 16, 1988.  Offenhouse was one of three 20th century humans who were taken out of cryogenic suspension when the Enterprise discovered an old Earth satellite in 2364.  He was obsessed with finance and investments and was obviously shocked to hear that the economics of the 24th century were so different. He was present when the Enterprise made contact with the Romulans after 53 years of silence. The costume consists of a turquoise jumpsuit with a V-neck and a zip and snaps at the front and a matching belt. Completing the costume is a replica black mock turtleneck and a pair of black boots. The jumpsuit features a sewn tag reading “Peter Mark Richman” and a TNG costume tag reads: “126  The Neutral Zone  Peter Richman.”  Kent Karemaker April 12, 2017 – It’s a Wrap eBay Auction March 30, 2007.
