Worn by Dwight Schultz as Reginald Barclay in various Star Trek: TNG episodes such as “Hollow Pursuits, The Nth Degree,  Realm of Fear,  Ship in a Bottle and Genesis.”  Lieutenant Reginald Barclay III was a highly talented Starfleet systems diagnostic engineer. He always appeared to be nervous and lacking in confidence, stammering profusely, and was known to be reclusive and extremely introverted.  Due to his nervousness and lack of confidence, many members of the Enterprise crew initially referred to him as "Lieutenant Broccoli", a play on the name Barclay, coined by Wesley Crusher. Because of Picard's support and Geordi La Forge's encouragement (at Picard's behest) Barclay's confidence began to increase. *The costume is a wool gabardine black long-sleeved third season style uniform jacket featuring operations mustard gold across the front, back and sleeves and mustard gold piping along the Mandarin collar.  **Authentic lieutenant junior grade rank pips and a replica combadge complete the costume.  A sewn in tag reads “D. Schultz.”  *It’s a Wrap eBay Auction August 29, 2008. **PropStore April 17, 2017.
