Rene Picard's Nexus Christmas Costume

The costume is a green jumpsuit with a deco style green and gold patterned vest and a bronze colored patterned open front jacket.

Worn by Christopher Miller as René Picard during scenes taking place in Captain Picard’s perception of the Nexus in the feature film Star Trek VII: Generations, which opened on November 18, 1994.  René Picard was the son of Robert and Marie Picard. He was the nephew of Captain Picard through his father. He lived with his parents in La Barre, France on Earth. Like his famous uncle, René had an interest in space exploration. Jean-Luc and René had a particularly close relationship, as a running joke between the two, Jean-Luc referred to René as "uncle" and René referred to Jean-Luc as "nephew." While on the holodeck Picard learned that René died in a fire along with his father. The costume consists of a green jumpsuit, a deco style green, brown, and gold patterned vest, and a bronze-colored patterned open front jacket.  The jacket has a sewn in Star Trek: TNG tag that reads “Chris Miller” and the costume tag reads “ST VII-Generations Child in Picard’s X-Mas Fantasy.”  It’s a Wrap eBay Auction August 17, 2007.
