Worn by Romulan guards in the Star Trek: Picard season one episode #107 “Nepenthe,” which aired the week of March 5, 2020. While Hugh and Elnor were on the Artifact, they plotted a counter move against Narissa. She was monitoring them closely and heard Hugh talking about taking back the cube from Romulan control -- which for her was citing open insurrection, a treaty violation that allowed her to eliminate him. Elnor, though, was there to fight for him, taking his Qowat Milat training to the limit in a showdown with his ultimate Zhat Vash opponent -- Narissa. The young warrior did well, but Narissa got the best of him and killed Hugh before beaming to safety in advance of Elnor’s retaliatory strike.
