Seen on the Romulan viewscreen in the Star Trek: TNG season four episode #185 “Data’s Day,” which aired the week of January 7, 1991.  Also seen in the season five episode #201 “Redemption, Part II,” which aired the week of September 23, 1991. In the midst of Keiko’s pre-wedding chaos Vulcan Ambassador T'Pel arrives on the Enterprise to negotiate a treaty with the Romulans in the Neutral Zone. When the Warbird Devoras arrives the crew transports T'Pel to the ship, however an apparent malfunction kills her.  After an investigation Data discovers that T'Pel’s death was faked as a ruse for the Romulan’s to get their spy back – T’Pel was really sub-commander Selok. This panel is seen on the viewscreen in the ready room of the Warbird behind Admiral Mendak.  The panel is 68” x 42” and is made of black and clear film with colored gel on the verso filling the clear areas.
