This signature costume consists of a vinyl iridescent purple/green full-length sleeveless jumpsuit with ribbed, quilted patches on the chest and legs and gold piping; a vinyl iridescent purple/green cloak with metal studs down the sides; a vinyl iridescent purple/green long-sleeved bolero jacket with ribbed, quilted patches on the arms and shoulder and gold piping; a pair of gloves with a controller on the left hand; and a pair of matching knee-high boots. Tom Spina completed the display with a sculpted and painted resin head and hands.
Worn by Tom Hardy as Shinzon in the feature film Star Trek X: Nemesis, which opened on December 13, 2002. After taking over the Romulan Empire Shinzon, a Picard clone, attempted to destroy the Enterprise and the Federation. He died in his attempt but took Data with him.
