Sarek’s skull was digitally sculpted by Neville Page and 3D printed and finished by Vincent Van Dyke. The jaw was printed separately, as well as the teeth which snapped into place. The Vulcan skull was painted to look like aged Vulcan blueish-green bone with white enameled teeth. A production made black stand with a gold nameplate printed in black completes the display.
Seen in General Jean-Luc Picard’s study/trophy room in Château Picard in the Star Trek: Picard season two episode #202 “Penance,” which aired the week of March 10, 2022. In an alternate timeline in 2400, General Picard was a vicious, slave-owning, war-mongering sociopath. He kept a trophy room in his Château that contained displays of several weapons as well as various skulls of the enemies that he exterminated. Skulls displayed included the Borg Sentinel One of Two, the Ferengi Grand Nagus Zek, the Saurian Commodore Y'Shi, the Lihn Zhee Chieftain M'Talas, the Cardassian Gul Dukat, the Klingon General Martok, and the Vulcan Director Sarek. Picard beheaded Sarek on the steps of the Vulcan science academy in full view of his wife and son.
