Wesley Crusher's Sweater

Worn by Wil Wheaton as Wesley Crusher in the Star Trek: TNG pilot #101 “Encounter At Farpoint,” which aired the week of September 28, 1987.  In this episode Q puts the human race on trial for being a “grievously savage race.”  Wesley wore this sweater during his first appearance in the series with his mother on Deneb IV when meeting Commander Riker. He also wore the sweater in two first season episodes: “Code of Honor” and “Justice.”  The woven mock turtleneck long-sleeve sweater is brown with a form fitting elastic waist and cuffs with rings around the shoulders.  Completing the costume are replica pants, socks, and loafers. One wardrobe tag reads “1st season” and the other “Will Wheaton ‘Encounter at Farpoint Station.’”  It’s A Wrap eBay Auction May 18, 2007.
