Worn by Jonathan Frakes as William Riker in the Star Trek: Picard season one episodes #107 “Nepenthe,” which aired the week of March 5, 2020. Nepenthe was an inhabited planet whose soil possessed regenerative properties, which promoted plant growth and healing. Due to the planet's regenerative powers, Riker and Troi settled on it after their son Thad was diagnosed with mendaxic neurosclerosis. They continued living on the planet after Thad's death. The Troi-Rikers installed an extensive security system around their house with shields and sensors. Pursued by Romulans in 2399, Picard and Soji escaped to Nepenthe. Upon their arrival, Picard and Soji met Kestra Troi-Riker, who showed them to her parents' house. Riker wore this costume during his time with Picard.
